An Expectation of Excellence

The Middle School is a hub of activity for students in Grades 5 through 8. Here we focus on the development of skills necessary for future academic and personal success. Our challenging enriched curriculum prepares our
students for the rigours of secondary school and beyond. In addition, the program in our middle grades guides students through the transition period from childhood into young adulthood.

With a relatively small student body, our faculty is able to offer each student limitless opportunities and individual attention. We promote responsibility through our highly developed and successful leadership and community outreach programs, which in turn, creates independence, community responsibility, enhances self-esteem and boosts self-confidence.

Our extracurricular programs are extensive, involving all of our students and catering to their varied interests. Student participation is important for the development of skills such as time management and sportsmanship.

In the Middle School, the key to helping each student reach his/her full potential lies in the creation of close relationships between students and teachers built upon mutual trust and respect.
