Growing TALL (Teachers as Life Long Learners)

In our guiding educational principles we talk about the key considerations required in the learning environment for students to learn best. Many of these refer to the relationship between the students and the teachers and the focus on learning for life. HSC assumes that our teachers model life-long learning as a core element of professional practice. We do this through ongoing, experiential and collaborative practice as well as by promoting, supporting and encouraging our staff to participate in  professional development activities. We have much to celebrate in our teachers’ accomplishments over many years and are initiating communications to be published twice a year to highlight recent growth of the faculty.
