HSC to host the annual Hamilton Spectator High School Cup Soccer Tournament

This Friday, HSC will host the eighth annual Hamilton Spectator High School Cup (for girls). The boys’ event will be held May 14-15 at various fields throughout the Hamilton area. A total of 44 teams will participate. HSC will serve as a host venue for 16 of the girls’ teams.

The girls’ division features 20 teams (five four-team pools). The participating schools are Hillfield Strathallan College, Bishop Tonnos, (Brantford) Pauline Johnson, Delta, Bishop Ryan, Sir Winston Churchill, Highland, (Georgetown) Christ the King, Hill Park, (Waterdown), St. Jean de Brebeuf, (Caledonia) McKinnon Park, Cardinal Newman, Parkside, (Waterloo) St. David’s, (Burlington) Corpus Christi, Guido de Bres, Barton, Westdale and (Cambridge) Monsignor Doyle.
