Max Rotman Humanitarian Awards
Five HSC students were among 70 Grades 11 and 12 students, who were recipients of the Max Rotman Humanitarian Award at Anshe Shalom Temple on Thursday, June 2. The award represents what Max Rotman endeavoured to instill in the youth of the community and the way he conducted and lived his life. Mayor Bob Bratina congratulated all honourees and praised them for their volunteer work in their respective communities. Guest speaker Jeff Kassel, a well known Canadian filmmaker and actor was equally eloquent when praising the young volunteers. Please join the College in congratulating HSC students, Sean Cameron, Rachel Demers, Tolulope Ifabiyi, Elise Naccarato and Emily Ower.
