At HSC, our Mission – to develop joyful and engaged students who live with purpose – serves as the compass guiding everything we do. Integrity, Respect, Community, Determination and Individuality are HSC’s Ideals – character traits identified by our students and ones that we aspire to live by daily.
HSC’s Strategic Plan
In 2014, HSC embarked on a consultation to examine key trends for education and to develop a formal strategic plan, Toward 20/20. Along the way, we identified eight strategic directions for HSC – each with its own specific activities for implementation.
We witnessed the benefits of our planning from day one of implementation and today, we continue to see positive outcomes across all four schools. Our work continues with a refreshed strategy that is formalizing a new vision for HSC into the future.
