Participation in our dynamic co-curricular activities engages students in the daily life of the College, develops time management skills and offers opportunities to explore interests. We believe involvement in these activities builds well-rounded students and require students to participate at least twice a week.

  • Athletics

Participating in team sports develops leadership, perseverance and responsibility. In the Middle School, students participate in a wide variety of competitive and non-competitive teams and activities. Athletes who represent our College on competitive teams challenge rival Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA) and Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) teams.
  • Arts

Whether performing on-stage, or displaying their artwork across campus, our students are proud and confident in their artistic abilities. We encourage them to explore their creativity through participation in various choirs, bands, visual arts and theatre opportunities.
  • Leadership

Our College provides student leadership opportunities across all four grades in the Middle School. Formal leadership positions include our Middle School House Captains and House Sports Representatives. Students are also encouraged to join various committees focused on their interests and passions. Group members play important roles supporting major initiatives, while the committee leaders work with teacher advisers to plan and carry out activities.
