The boys were dominant right from the opening kickoff, moving the ball brilliantly, winning rucks, forcing turnovers and supporting one another on defense. Tries were scored by almost every player and we even saw some lovely, selfless passing by Chris Neibert who could have downed the ball for his 5th try of the day but he passed off to Alex Haluk over the try line for his first score as a Trojan. Nuval Jeejeebhoy did something similar after Chris Goater went from half to the 22 and passed off to Nuval for the easy score. Recognizing (with some encouragement from the bench) that Goater had done all the work, Nuval waited for Goater and gave him the ball for the hard-earned try. Other try scorers were Keegan LeBlanc, Drake Mosca, Jacob Kennedy, and Riel Edwards-Carol.
We now rest up for a couple days and then begin preparations for next week's matches hosted by Ridley College on Wednesday, May 3.
