Because English is the language we use for teaching and communication here at HSC, it’s important for all applicants to show they have a good understanding of English. This applies to everyone, no matter where you’re from.

Your Step-by-Step Guide to
International Admission
We’re here to guide you through every step! If you have any questions along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Here’s what the application process looks like for our international students:
Step 1 | Come for a Visit (If You Can!)
We always encourage prospective students to visit our beautiful campus for a tour if possible. It’s a great way to experience HSC firsthand.
Step 2 | Create Your Online Account
Your journey starts by setting up an online account. This will be your personal portal for the entire application process.
Step 3 | Gather Your Documents
You’ll upload the following to your application checklist:
- A copy of your proof of birth (passport or birth certificate).
- Official school reports (and English translations, if needed) for the past two years.
- If English isn’t your first language, we may ask for an English proficiency assessment. Our Admissions Office will let you know if this is required.
Step 4 | Submit Your Application and Fee
Once your application is complete, you’ll be directed to pay a non-refundable international application fee of $250.00 via credit card.
Step 5 | Connect with Us
After we receive your application, our Admissions Office will reach out to arrange a visit day (if possible) or an online interview. This is a chance for us to get to know you better!
Step 6 | Receive Your Decision
We’ll let you know our decision in a timely manner. If you’re accepted, you’ll receive an enrolment package.
Step 7 | Secure Your Spot
To confirm your place at HSC, simply complete and return all enrolment forms within 7 business days, along with full payment of tuition fees and the non-refundable international registration fee of $4,500.00.
Step 8 | Your Letter of Acceptance
Once we’ve received your fees and enrolment forms, we’ll issue your official Letter of Acceptance (LOA) – this is an important document for your immigration process.
