Because English is the language we use for teaching and communication here at HSC, it’s important for all applicants to show they have a good understanding of English. This applies to everyone, no matter where you’re from.

Your Step-by-Step Guide to
International Admission
We’re here to guide you through every step! If you have any questions along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Here’s what the application process looks like for our international students:
Step 1 | Come for a Visit (If You Can!)
We always encourage prospective students to visit our beautiful campus for a tour if possible. It’s a great way to experience HSC firsthand.
Step 2 | Request an Application
Simply provide us with a few details to kick-off the enrolment process at HSC.
Step 3 | Gather Your Documents
You’ll upload the following to your application checklist:
- A copy of your proof of birth (passport or birth certificate).
- Official school reports (and English translations, if needed) for the past two years.
- If English is not your first language, we will ask for an English proficiency assessment (Duolingo, IELTS, or SSAT). Our Admissions Office will let you know if this is required.
Step 4 | Submit Your Application and Fee
Once your application is complete, you’ll be directed to pay a one-time, non-refundable international application fee of $250 via credit card.
Step 5 | Connect with Us
After we receive your application, our Admissions Office will contact you to arrange a visit day (if possible) or an online interview. This is a chance for us to get to know you better!
Step 6 | Receive Your Decision
We will let you know our decision promptly.
Step 7 | Secure Your Spot
To confirm your place at HSC, you will complete your enrolment contract within 7 business days. Although only your one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $4500 is required at the time of acceptance, the receipt of full tuition fees will release your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for immigration purposes. Many students will request a single invoice for both the registration fee and tuition fees to create a single wire transfer.
