Tuition Fees & Financial Aid
HSC is a not-for-profit independent school, registered as a charity. We are committed to providing an exceptional educational experience, and our tuition fees are carefully determined annually to cover the forecasted operating costs that support this commitment.
Understanding Our Tuition Fees
Our annual operating budget ensures that we can provide a high-quality learning environment for all our students. This budget supports:
- Classroom Operations: Ensuring well-equipped and engaging learning spaces.
- Building and Facilities Maintenance: Maintaining and improving our campus infrastructure.
- Grounds and Playing Field Upkeep: Providing safe and beautiful outdoor spaces.
- Comprehensive Student Support: Including professional counselling, health services, and academic assistance.
- Daily Hot Lunch: Nutritious meals provided to all students.
- School Bus Services: Convenient transportation for our students.
- And many other amenities that enhance the HSC experience.

Tuition Fee Schedules
Our fee schedule offers various payment plans (pending credit approval) to assist parents with tuition expenses over the year. Below are HSC’s most up to date fee schedules with details about payment.
Financial Aid
Thinking about how to make an HSC education a reality? We get it. Our Financial Aid Program is here to help eligible Canadian families with children in Junior Kindergarten (JK/M4) and up.
If you anticipate your family’s income will grow alongside your child, you can apply for financial assistance. This support comes as a bursary, helping to make tuition more manageable.
To ensure fairness and objectivity, we partner with Apple Financial Services, an independent firm. They carefully review each family’s financial situation and provide recommendations directly to our Financial Aid Committee.
Our bursaries are for one school year, so families re-apply annually. Awards can be provided for up to four years.
Just so you know, our Financial Aid Program is specifically for domestic students. We aren’t able to offer financial aid to international students at this time.
