Requesting Your Official
HSC Transcript
Hillfield Strathallan College is pleased to provide official transcripts to our alumni and former students for a variety of purposes, including post-secondary applications, employment verification, or personal records. We understand the importance of these documents and are here to facilitate a smooth request process.
General Transcript Information
Transcripts are available to all former students of Hillfield Strathallan College.
- Official Transcripts: These sealed documents are sent directly by HSC to the receiving institution (e.g., universities, colleges, employers, scholarship bodies). Official transcripts include your complete academic record at HSC.
- Unofficial Transcripts: Available for your personal use, unofficial transcripts provide a record of your academic achievements at HSC.
- Ontario Colleges (OCAS): If you are applying to a college in Ontario through the Ontario College Application Service (OCAS), your transcript will be forwarded directly to OCAS on your behalf upon request. Please ensure you provide your OCAS ID.
- Ontario Universities (OUAC): For applications to Ontario universities through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC), transcripts are typically sent directly by HSC. Please provide your OUAC reference number.
- Other Institutions: For all other post-secondary institutions (in Canada or internationally), please provide their full mailing address and any specific instructions they may require for transcript submission.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your transcript request to be processed. During peak application periods (e.g., university application deadlines), processing times may be slightly longer. We recommend submitting your request well in advance of any deadlines.
