HSC is home to students from all over the world who choose our College because of its robust and inclusive education.

At HSC, an international student is defined as a non-permanent resident or Citizen of Canada. Whether accompanying their parents on a work visa or enrolled with an international study permit, HSC is committed and equipped to meet the needs of international students. We offer a supportive environment with resources for English Language Learners.

As reflected in our curriculum, international students benefit from a wide range of activities beyond the classroom including athletics, arts, leadership and service opportunities that encourage participation and bonding with peers. We believe that real-world experiences are as important to learning as academic studies. Co-curricular activities not only bring joy to our students, they’re a way for students to meet like-minded peers with common interests and often, they are a place where many life-long friendships begin.

Study permit students (age 14 and up) may enrol in our host family program in coordination with The Canada Homestay Network.
